Introduction to new era college youth volunteer the construction and improvement of the incentive mechanism, "volunteer" under the impact of culture in foreign countries, voluntary organizations, was formally established in the 1990 s. As lei feng's spirit and the volunteer culture is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, volunteer service field has entered the phase of rapid development, the scale expands unceasingly, the increasing number of volunteers. However, college youth volunteer number accounts for more than half of the total number of volunteers. Construction and improvement of voluntary organizations is one of the ways to design appropriate incentive mechanism, fully points using the college students to participate in the volunteer activity of blood. In this paper, in-depth analysis of the current college volunteer incentive mechanism of the status quo and existing problems, and actively explore how to use new ideas, new methods, construction and perfection of the new era volunteer incentive mechanism.
