It is true that while travelling,most people don't get good rest.But let's consider the reason why they want to travel.They want to expose themselves to the world out of theirs.They want to have a brand new view of the things around.When travelling,they are able to reach this goal.So it is not a suffer.Even it is to some extent,it's worth it.
