I'm a quite a lively,talkative and optimistic girl,however,my health is not well.As a result,I choose to learn Yoga to keep my body fit.
Yoga is a popular exercise among young women in China.Many gyms provides training course for it.What I learned is named club yoga.It is a total mind-body exercise that imprves functional strength flexibility,muscle blance and relaxation through continuous movement and various postures.
At first, some of the postures seem impossible for me,such as to bend my waist backward with only the hands and feet on the ground or to put my feet over my head.Through two years of practice,I can do all these easily.
The breathing techniques are quite useful for enhancing overall energy and mental focus. The relaxation and concentration techniques are to enhance mind awareness. It is also suitable for all fitness levels.More importantly, yoga can make people feel happy and peace in our mind.
