What can I do for my future job?

Of course most people including you and myself would love to have a good job, a good career and a good future. We all have a dream job or career in our minds. But looking for a job in this modern competitive world is already very hard let alone a good job and a wonderful career. Therefore we need plenty of qualities and skills to back us up in our dream job seeking process. So this would come to our pre-job preparation which is involving just three words, and they are education, education and education!

Although education and career are two separate things – education must come before career, they are actually tightly inter-connected. You must have what kind of career or job in mind first when you choose your education, because what your future holds for you all depending on whether you have chosen a right education. If you are setting your mind on becoming a successful business man then you should choose business studies. But if you just wanted to be a good teacher then you must go through a teacher training course and do well on the subject you would be interested in teaching your future pupils. Like the boy scout’s motto: “be prepared”, only when you have a good preparation before you step into the real hostile world full of merciless challenge that can you have a successful future. Otherwise you won’t stand a chance to survive at all let alone a good career!

There is also an important thing between our educations and our career, which is called working experience. Companies and enterprises nowadays are spoilt for choices in the human resource markets. . Simply there are too many talented and well educated young people looking for just one position. You will have to beat off all the other challengers to be chosen as the successful candidate. It is a “survival of the fittest”. At the same time of dreaming of your dream job you must have what it takes to make it come true or making it happens. If not you can only just dream on your entire life and it will never be materialized. This means that a good working experience is as essential as the educations themselves or even more important. Make sure that you have plenty of practice with what you will like to do in your future career. Most importantly, you should choose to work in the field, which is related to your dream career, preferably look for an internship if possible, because internship counts more and they have more merits than all other normal work experiences.

Finally, we come to our actual dream job seeking. As you may already have in mind what kind of a career you want, or maybe you have dreamt about it since young. Now you have one last thing to check before heading out to seek what you have set your mind on for a long long time. Have you done the above mentioned steps and did you do well in the process? If the boxes are all checked than off you go, your chances of being successful is at its best. You cannot do any more than that simply you have done you best and now it is the time to reap the award.

I want my future job to be a simple one. I want the job to have a short working hours and only work five days a week. I also want my employer to give me one month annual leave per year. If possible, I want transport and housing are provided, so that I can have more money to spend on what I like. I asked my friend what could be the post that suits my requirements.
