而比较 Do you have something to be washed? 讲的是您还有东西需要（被）洗吗?这时设想一下语境问话者可能是一位服务员,他询问客人还需要旅店来帮他清洗衣物吗,这时被问话者You并不是动作的发出者,因而是被动.
这样我们再回来看i don't think he is a man to be relied on.因为此时he与rely on 并不是he 主动发出的,因而需要被动形式
