1.找资料关于PAT跟NAT,只有你知道了他们是什么你才能比较.
2.这里提到了Principal-agent relationship,就是说在公司里,经理人其实是比股东拥有更多的information.这会带来什么问题（从另外一个方面解释financial disclosure的重要性).
开头结尾这些还是得自己想的
P.S.PAT是一个理论的名字,也可能是代表了一堆理论,这些理论都是以公司利益最大化或者公司performance看起来优秀为前提.
