第二句的process也没错,强调的是同一种工艺,只不过每个人的工艺也许略有不同,因此用单数.

我也觉得是整体概念和个体概念的辨证 从英语的感觉角度 单数复数都不算错 但内涵有小差别 比如family 和families 前者是整体感念 后者是家庭每个成员 呵呵
