我找到两种解释
Definition of negative control :
1.(Gene regulation) Transcription regulation mediated by factors that block,turn down or turn off transcription.
2 (Experimental) An experiment performed in parallel under the same experimental conditions,exept the variable that is under examination in that particular experiment.
Definition of positive control :
Regulation mediated by a protein that is required for the activation of a transcription unit.

In an experiment the positive control is an experiment whose result is already known to be positive,it is used to check that nothing went wrong during the procedure.For a PCR detection test it would typically be the amplification of a sample known to yield the correct amplicon.
The negative control is an experiment done with a sample/mock sample that should normally yield a negative result.It allows to check for contamination of the reagents or artifacts that would give false positive.Typically in a PCR that would mean running a PCR reaction with water as a template.
