match ,competition,还有game 都有比赛的意思
match和game表示比赛是可以互换,但拳击（boxing match)是个例外,不能用game .match 通常翻译成“竞赛”.
competition翻译成竞争更合适一些,比如同行业之间的那种争夺市场份额的比赛,在比赛中,competition 也更强调比赛里面双方／多方的竞争关系
match一般指竞技比赛，指事先安排好的正规比赛。如球类比赛、拳击等。如：
I saw the box match on TV.我在电视上看到了那场拳击比赛。
Game常指游戏、运动、若指每个比赛中的一局、一场等要用game.如：
